چکیده

ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪی ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش دﺑﯿﺮان در ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﺳﺎزی ﺳﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﻮل ﺑﻨﯿﺎدﯾﻦ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی و ﺷﯿﻮه ، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻫﺪف، ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ؛روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ آن AHPآﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺑﺎ ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﮐﻤﯽ اﺳﺖ؛ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دﺑﯿﺮان ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻄﻪ دوم ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺮودﺷﺖ در ﺳﺎل ، اﻧﺠﺎم آن، ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ و ﻣﺒﻨﺎی ﻧﻮع داده ﻫﺎ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ ای اﺳﺘﻔﺎده و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب – ﻧﻔﺮ(؛ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎری از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ 1850) ﺑﻮد1401-1402ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ (ﺑﻮد؛ رواﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ Saaty, 1980) ﻃﯿﻒ ﻧﻪ ﮔﺰﯾﻨﻪ ای اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺷﺪه ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻫﺎی زوﺟﯽ ، ﻧﻔﺮ(؛ اﺑﺰار ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ 98) ﺷﺪ 8 )آﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ (ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ؛ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار 0/ 8 (AHP) و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺳﻠﺴﻠﻪ ﻣﺮاﺗﺒﯽ Choice Expert رﺗﺒﻪ دوم و ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ 0/34 ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻓﺮدی ، در رﺗﺒﻪ اول0/44 ﺑﺎ وزن ﻧﺴﺒﯽ ، ﺑﻮد؛ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ :ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش دﺑﯿﺮان ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه 0/06 <0/1 و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ 0/05 < 0/1 رﺗﺒﻪ ﺳﻮم اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻗﺮار دارﻧﺪ؛ ﻧﺮخ ﻧﺎﺳﺎزﮔﺎری ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 0/21 ،0/122 ﺳﺎزﮔﺎری در ﻗﻀﺎوﺗﻬﺎی ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن و دﺑﯿﺮان ﺑﻮد؛ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی رﺗﺒﻪ اول ﺗﺎ ﭘﻨﺠﻢ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ: ﺣﻘﻮق و ﭘﺎداش ﺑﺎ وزن ﻧﺴﺒﯽ ؛ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی رﺗﺒﻪ اول ﺗﺎ 0/067 ﺳﺮﭘﺮﺳﺘﯽ و ﻧﻈﺎرت،0/072 اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ،0/075 ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ، 0/102 ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ و ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﮐﺎر ،0/036 ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ از ﻣﻌﻠﻢ، 0/052 ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎع ،0/063 ﺷﺸﻢ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ: اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت و ﺑﻮدﺟﻪ ﺑﺎ وزن ﻧﺴﺒﯽ ؛ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی رﺗﺒﻪ اول ﺗﺎ ﭼﻬﺎرم ﻋﺎﻣﻞ 0/008 ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ
