بررسی نقش ضعف صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان در شکل‌گیری برنامه‌های درسی زائد به عنوان یکی از انواع برنامه های درسی نال

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تجارب دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاه فرهنگیان پیرامون ضعف در آن دسته از صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای اساتیدشان است که منجر به شکل‌گیری برنامه‌های درسی زائد، به عنوان یکی از انواع برنامه های درسی نال، برای آن‌ها شده بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل نومعلمان دانش‌آموخته رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در استان خراسان رضوی(1526 نفر)بودند که 33 نفر از آن‌ها با روش هدفمند از نوع تغییرات بیشینه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از کدگذاری داده‌ها به شکل مضامین اصلی و فرعی(ریان و برنارد) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها بیانگر آن بود که ضعف در سه دسته از صلاحیت‌های تخصصی(با 11 مضمون فرعی)، صلاحیت‌های فردی(با 2 مضمون فرعی) و صلاحیت‌های تجربی(با 6 مضمون فرعی) منجر به شکل‌گیری برنامه‌های درسی زائد برای دانشجو معلمان می‌شود. دیدگاه دانش‌آموختگان ازنظر میزان اهمیت ضعف در صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای اساتید بر شکل‌گیری برنامه‌های زائد، با هم متفاوت بود؛ به‌نحوی‌که اولین دانش‌آموختگان(1395) بر ضعف در صلاحیت‌های تجربی و دانش‌آموختگان (1400) بر ضعف در صلاحیت‌های تخصصی اساتید تأکید بیشتری داشتند. نتایج نشان داد که ضعف در هریک از صلاحیت‌های اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان، می‌تواند محملی برای ایجاد برنامه‌های درسی زائد باشد. همچنین مشارکت کنندگان برحسب زمان دانش‌آموختگی خود، جایگاه متفاوتی برای نقش ضعف صلاحیت‌های اساتید در شکل‌گیری برنامه‌های درسی زائد قائل بودند.
