طراحی چارچوب برنامه‌ درسی تربیت مربی پیش‌دبستانی در نظام آموزش و پرورش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش کیفی از نوع مطالعه­ موردی، طراحی چارچوب برنامه درسی دوره­ کاردانی تربیت مربی پیش‌دبستانی در نظام آموزش و پرورش جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان بالقوه، سه گروه شامل متخصصان موضوعی در حوزه­ پیش‌دبستانی، روان‌شناسان تربیتی آشنا با حوزه­ آموزش و پرورش پیش‌دبستانی؛ و متخصصان برنامه‌ درسی در حوزه آموزش و پرورش پیش‌دبستانی کشور بودند که به شیوه هدف‌مند و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری افراد کانونیبا رعایت قاعده­ اشباع‌شدگی از بین آن­ها افرادی که بیش­ترین آشنایی و اطلاع را در زمینه­ برنامه درسی تربیت مربی پیش‌دبستانی داشتند جهت مصاحبه انتخاب گردیدند.
پس از جمع‌آوری اطلاعات لازم از طریق مطالعه­ اسناد بالادستی و مصاحبه با متخصصان کلیدی، با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون داده‌های حاصل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت که در این فرایند چارچوب برنامه درسی دوره­ کاردانی تربیت مربی پیش‌دبستانی با چهارده عنصر، تحت عناوین منطق و چرایی، اهداف، محتوا؛ مواد و منابع یادگیری، روش‌های تدریس، فعالیت‌های یادگیری، نقش مدرس، نقش یادگیرنده، مکان آموزش، زمان آموزش، گروه‌بندی یادگیرندگان، ارزشیابی، استلزامات و امکانات اجرایی، و اشاعه همراه با مؤلفه‌های مربوط به هر عنصر طراحی گردید.
