تحلیل وضع موجود و مطلوب برنامه‌درسی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان براساس مؤلفه‌های دانشگاه خدمت‌محور

چکیده

هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر تحلیل وضع موجود و مطلوب برنامه‌درسی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان براساس مؤلفه‌های دانشگاه خدمت‌محور است که از نظر اعضای هیأت‌علمی این دانشگاه جهت گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شده‌است. بدین منظور از جامعه آماری شامل اعضای هیأت‌علمی دانشگاه شهید باهنر (605)، 234 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری سهمیه-ای، انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی و ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته دو سویه بود که 31 گویه در قالب پنج عنصر برنامه‌درسی اهداف، محتوا، فعالیت‌های یاددهی- یادگیری، روش‌های ارزش‌یابی، محیط آموزشی را در دو وضعیت موجود و مطلوب بررسی کرد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای این مقیاس برابر 70 صدم محاسبه گردیده‌است. نتایج نشان دادند که از نظر اعضای هیأت‌علمی، در وضعیت موجود دو عنصر محتوا و فعالیت‌های یاددهی-یادگیری برنامه‌درسی از نظر رعایت مؤلفه‌های دانشگاه خدمت‌محور از وضعیت مطلوب برخوردارند، اما سه عنصر اهداف، ارزشیابی و محیط آموزشی مبتنی بر مؤلفه‌های دانشگاه خدمت‌محور نیستند. در وضعیت مطلوب عنصر محیط آموزشی برنامه‌درسی از نظر رعایت مؤلفه‌های دانشگاه خدمت‌محور، بیشترین اختلاف را با وضعیت مطلوب خود دارد.
