شناسایی مؤلفه‌های مسئولیت حرفه‌ای متخصصان برنامة درسی

چکیده

هدف مقالة حاضر تحلیل مسئولیت‌های حرفه‌ای متخصصان برنامة درسی و شناسایی مؤلفه‌های آن است. این پژوهش از نظر روش‌شناختی مطالعة موردی کیفی است. مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش را افراد خبره در حوزة برنامة درسی و آموزش عالی تشکیل می‌دادند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری از موارد ویژه تعداد 20 نفر انتخاب و دعوت به مشارکت شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری دادة مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند بوده است. برای تحلیل داده‌‌های حاصل از مصاحبه از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده و اعتبار یافته‌ها با روش تأمل مشارکت‌کنندگان ارزشیابی شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که متخصصان برنامة درسی دارای مسئولیت کلی در ارتباط با نظام تربیتی و یادگیری در گام اول و مسئولیت حرفه‌ای در حوزة تخصصی برنامة درسی هستند. این مسئولیت کلی دارای مؤلفه‌هایی مانند «دفاع از حیطة تخصصی، اثرگذاری بر تصمیم‌سازان، ایفای نقش صحیح، پاسخ‌گویی، آموزش و پژوهش و تعهد سازمانی» است. یافته‌ها همچنین نشان داد که ماهیت مسئولیت متخصص برنامة درسی آموزش چند بعدی است و جنبه‌های متفاوتی را در بر می‌گیرد.
