ارائه مدل توضیحی ادراک دانشجویان از کیفیت مسؤولیت¬های استادان، برنامه‌ی ‌درسی پنهان و دستاوردهای آنان از تحصیل در دانشگاه

چکیده

هدف کلی از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی کیفیت مسؤولیت‌های استادان، ادراک دانشجویان از برنامه‌ی ‌درسی پنهان و دستاوردهای آنان از تحصیل در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بندرعباس می باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش تمامی دانشجویان ورودی سال تحصیلی 89-90 دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بندرعباس و تمامی استادان شاغل در این دانشگاه بوده است. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه­ای مرحله­ای 581 نفر دانشجو و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده 117 نفر از استادان به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه کیفیت مسؤولیت­های استادان، پرسش‌نامه‌ی ادراک دانشجویان از برنامه‌ی ‌درسی پنهان و پرسش‌نامه‌ی دستاوردهای دانشجویان بود که بین دانشجویان توزیع گردید هم چنین از پرسش‌نامه‌ی دستاوردهای دانشجویان نیز استفاده شد که در اختیار استادان قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که: متغیرهای برون‌زاد تدریس، نظارت، خدمات اجتماعی و پژوهش گری پیش‌بینی کننده‌ی مثبت و معنادار دستاوردهای دانشجویان از تحصیل می باشند. متغیرهای تدریس، نظارت، خدمات اجتماعی و پژوهش‌گری پیش‌بینی کننده‌های مثبت و معنادار متغیرهای ساختار دانشگاه و ارتباط متقابل استادان و دانشجویان و پیش‌بینی کننده‌ی منفی و معنادار متغیر روابط میان فردی دانشجویان با یک دیگرمی باشند. کنترل متغیرهای برون‌زاد نشان داد که متغیرهای ساختار دانشگاه، ارتباط متقابل استادان و دانشجویان و نیز روابط میان فردی دانشجویان با یک دیگر به‌طور مستقیم پیش‌بینی کننده‌ی معنادار متغیرهای دستاوردهای دانشجویان از تحصیل می باشند.
