Exploration on a Strategic Supervision of Non-Formal Education Institutions: Qualitative Case Study Open Education Institutions The aim of study was Exploring a strategic Supervision of non-formal education institutions especially open education institutions. The research method of study was a qualitative and specially a qualitative case study method. In this regard, with using a targeted approach and applying the theoretical saturation criterion, open interviews was conducted with 20 supervisor and manager of open education centers and 12 faculty members about the supervision phenomenon. Then, the data obtained analyzed with using Nvivo software and through thematic analysis and then clustered in three basic, organizing and global themes and thematic network were organized. The results of the analysis showed that strategic Supervision of open education institutions (global theme) have objectives, nature, function, activity and special requirements (organizing themes) that each of them have different dimensions (basic themes).
