Technical Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation
To qualify for inclusion in leading academic databases, authors must adhere to the following formatting and submission standards:
- All Persian and Latin names in the manuscript must be written in English. Additionally, all Persian-language references must be transliterated into Latin script, followed by “[Persian]” at the end of each citation.
- Foreign terms requiring clarification must be numbered sequentially (1, 2, …) and explained in footnotes at the bottom of the page.
- All submitted files must be named in English. File names in Persian are not accepted. The manuscript file should be saved as “article” with no author names in any filenames.
- Authors must submit only three files:
- The anonymized main article (without author names),
- A separate file with full author information,
- The signed commitment form.
- Maximum page limits:
- Quantitative research: 20 pages
- Qualitative research: 23 pages
- Mixed-method research: 25 pages
- Line spacing: Single (1.0 cm between lines)
- Document format: Word 2013 or later; margins set to 2.54 cm (1 inch) on all sides.
- Indentation: Each paragraph must begin with a 0.5 cm indent.
- Use half-spaces (non-breaking spaces) for compound words or similar expressions.
