Article Submission Criteria

Manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Curriculum Research must meet the following criteria to be considered for review and publication:

Present original and innovative ideas or major theoretical approaches in the field of curriculum studies on a global scale.

Address key and pressing issues in curriculum planning within the context of Iran.

Include critical analyses and evaluations of relevant topics, reflecting the specific cultural and societal characteristics of Iranian society.

Offer novel insights and analyses that contribute to the advancement of both indigenous and global knowledge in curriculum studies.

Provide specific strategies and policy recommendations for improving curriculum-related decision-making and governance.

Be grounded in original research, whether theoretical or empirical.

Preferably incorporate a comparative or cross-national perspective.

Note: Translated articles will generally not be accepted for publication, except in exceptional cases as determined by the Editorial Board.
