The main goal of this study was to determine and validate a model of effective teaching with reference to teacher-student supportive approach. This study was a descriptive study performed using a survey. The statistical population consisted 2200 university students, 6 experts in teacher education and 6 faculty members who were selected using a stratified sampling selection. The participants were given a questionnaire, developed by the consensus of 6 experts. In order to ensure of the validity of the questionnaire experts comments were considered while for attesting the reliability, alpha Cronbach was used. The gathered data were tabulated and analyzed using Spss and Amos. The results showed that four factors including the development of resources and the support of the faculty members, developing the structure of curriculum, the process of teaching- learning and the student support were determining. In other words according to the results of a factor analysis, these factors can be used as criteria to determine the quality of education at teacher-education University.
