The comparison of importance and applicability of course Master degree in educational administration of internal and foreign selected universities from the perspective of faculty members and students:

Abstract

The main goal of this study, was to compare the importance and applicability of educational administration courses in selected universities at internal and foreign to provide curriculum was proposed.The study population consisted of faculty members and master students in educational administration which by available sampling method, 21 faculty members and 48 graduate students have been chosen .The research tool was a questionnaire made by researchers that After identifying validity and reliability of distributed and analyzed between the samples. Results showed that 1- In five lessons, there is a consensus among faculty and students. 2-In importance of 13 lessons there is a significant different between students and faculty members' attitude .3-In applicability 10 lessons there is a significant difference between faculty and students’ attitude. 4-Between importance 2 lessons there is a significant difference from the faculty attitude according to their service years. 5- Between the importance and applicability lessons with different views of faculty members, no significant difference. 6- With comparison of the importance and priority of various courses in general outline the content of students and faculty members, 12 were offered as a course in educational management.
