The aim of this study was a survey of relationship between curriculum cohesiveness, balance and congruence with technical, contextual and behavioral competences of commercial, industrial, educational management bachelor students at Shiraz University. Statistical population of this study consists of all bachelor course students of Shiraz University's commercial, industrial, educational management fields. Study measures were curriculum effectiveness scale (Alinia, 2012) and researcher – made questionnaire based on the eye of competence model that distributed between all people of population. Validity and reliability of scales were assessed. Data analyzed with make use of methods of inferential statistical. Results showed: there were significant differences between cohesiveness, balance and congruence of commercial, industrial and educational management curriculum and there were significant differences between students' technical, contextual, behavioral of commercial, industrial, educational management competences. There were positive and significant relationship (ρ>0/04, β= 0/21) between curriculum effectiveness with students' technical, contextual, behavioral competences of Commercial, Industrial, Educational Management fields.
