مواجهه معلمان با اجرای برنامه های درسی در آموزش مجازی و ارایه راهکارهای آنان برای بهینه کردن فرایند یاددهی- یادگیری

چکیده

امروزه آموزش مجازی یکی از مهم­ترین دغدغه­ های اصلی معلمان در مبحث یاددهی- یادگیری است و این مهم با شیوع یکباره ویروس کرونا و پایداری آن درهم­ تنیده شده­ است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مواجهه معلمان دوره‌ی ابتدایی با آموزش مجازی و راهکارهای مطرح شده برحسب تجربه زیسته معلمان ابتدایی برای بهینه شدن آن صورت گرفت. برای انجام این پژوهش، رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی اتخاذ گردید. مشارکت کنندگان بالقوه پژوهش، شامل تمامی معلمان دوره‌ی ابتدایی شهرستان قشم بوده است که انتخاب آن‌ها به‌صورت هدفمند و مصاحبه‌ها به‌صورت نیمه ساختاریافته و هم‌چنین با اشباع نظری، تعداد 15 نفر انتخاب شده‌اند. مضامین فراگیر، سازمان‌دهنده و پایه با کدگذاری هفت مرحله‌ای کلایزی مشخص گردید. یافته‌های این پژوهش شامل دو مضمون فراگیر، شش مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 54 مضمون پایه بود. نتایج حاکی از آن است که معلمان دوره‌ی ابتدایی دچار ابهام در نقش‌ها و کارکردهای آموزش مجازی هستند و راهکارهای اتخاذ شده از سوی آن‌ها به نوعی بازتاب‌دهنده‌ی تعمیم فهم و ادراک آن‌ها از یادگیری در آموزش حضوری به مجازی می‌باشد. لذا در این راستا ضروری است بستری جهت تفهیم معلمان ابتدایی نسبت به نقش‌ها و کارکردهای آموزش مجازی و همچنین محدودیت‌های آن جهت یادگیری دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی فراهم گردد.
