اثربخشی آموزش هوش هیجانی بر رفتارهای جامعه‌پسند دانش‌آموزان (کمک‌کردن، همکاری و سهیم‌شدن)

چکیده

در سال‌های اخیر ظهور روان‌شناسی مثبت‌نگربستر مناسبی برای پرداختن به موضوعات اخلاقی و از جمله رفتارهای جامعه‌پسند فراهم آورده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر آموزش هوش هیجانی بر رفتار جامعه‌پسند دانش‌آموزان دختر بود. از میان طیف گسترده رفتارهای جامعه‌پسند سه رفتار کمک‌کردن، همکاری و سهیم‌شدن در نظر گرفته شد و اثر هوش هیجانی بر آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌تجربی پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه این پژوهش تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر مقطع ششم دبستان بودند که 30 نفر از آنها به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس برای شرکت در پژوهش انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) گمارده شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه رفتار جامعه‌پسند برای کودکان استفاده شد. آموزش هوش هیجانی به مدت 6 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای اجرا گردید. پس از اتمام برنامه آموزشی از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون به عمل آمد. داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش هوش هیجانی با کنترل اثر پیش‌آزمون، به افزایش رفتارهای جامعه‌پسند از جمله کمک‌کردن، همکاری و سهیم شدن در گروه آزمایش منجر شده است. این امر بیانگر اهمیت درک و شناخت هیجانات خود، دیگران و توانایی واکنش مناسب به آنها در بروز رفتارهای اخلاقی است.
