One of the phenomena which has been facilitated as well as occasionally abused in light of advancement of digital tools and technologies is the quantity and quality of research outputs. It is accordingly imperative that, in curriculum planning in general and writing curriculum documents, due attention be paid to clean research and its requirements. This study has aimed to investigate the extent to which the curriculum documents revised by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology have taken research ethics into consideration. In keeping with this, using basic content analysis and thematic analysis, the research has analyzed twelve curriculum documents in the four disciplines of foreign languages of English, French, German, and Russian in undergraduate and graduate program levels and has sought to provide the reader with the amount of coverage of ethical research and its manifestations in the data. The findings indicate that, although the issue of clean research is comparatively covered in the curricula of the disciplines of English and French language, albeit with quite an uneven distribution, it has been excluded from the curricula of the graduate programs from which it is expected that they train researchers. Ultimately, the findings will be discussed with regard to the vital role higher education plays in socializing individuals to societal values such as ethics of research. برنامه‌های درسی دانشگاهی در دنیا به دلیل آهنگ تند تغییرات پیوسته در حال بازنگری‌اند. یکی از مقوله‌هایی که با گسترش فناوری‌ها و ابزار دیجیتال نوین هم تسهیل و هم بعضاً مورد سوءاستفاده واقع شده، کمیت و کیفیت بروندادهای پژوهشی می‌باشد. از این رو بایسته است در امر برنامه ریزی درسی به طور عام و نگارش اسناد برنامة درسی به طور خاص مقولة پژوهش پاک و الزامات آن مورد اقبال قرار گیرد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی میزان توجه برنامه‌های درسی وزارت عتف به مقولات پژوهش اخلاقی می‌باشد. در این راستا، مطالعة کنونی با تحلیل محتوای پایه و تحلیل مضمون دوازده برنامة درسی بازنگری شده در چهار رشتة زبان‌های خارجی انگلیسی، فرانسه، آلمانی، و روسی در هر سه مقطع کارشناسی پیوسته، کارشناسی ارشد، و دکتری تخصصی کوشیده تا میزان شمول مقولات اخلاق در پژوهش و ماهیت چنین بازنمودی را بر خواننده عرضه کند. یافته‌ها مبین این است که، هر چند به طور نسبی مبحث پژوهش پاک در برنامه‌های درسی رشته‌های انگلیسی و فرانسه، البته با توزیع نامتوازن، گنجانده شده، توجه به اخلاقیات پژوهش و مصادیق آن آنگونه که از برنامه‌های درسی دوره‌های پژوهشگرپرور تحصیلات تکمیلی انتظار می‌رود، لحاظ نشده است. در پایان، یافته‌ها، با در نظر گرفتن نقش مهمی که آموزش عالی در جامعه‌پذیری افراد نسبت به ارزش‌های جامعه نظیر اخلاقیات تحقیق ایفا می‌کند، مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. https://jcr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_8775_50fdb37632c27e452105283f5777748c.pdf
