ارزشیابی برنامة درسی بر اساس توجه به شایستگی‌ها از دیدگاه دانشجویان رشتة مهندسی فناوری اطلاعات دانشگاه صنعتی شیراز

چکیده

در دنیای امروز، اکثر سازمان­های آموزشی به دلیل پاسخ‌گو نبودن برنامه­های درسی سنتی، به سمت تدوین برنامه­های درسی شایستگی­محور، روی آورده­اند. هدف این مطالعه نیز، ارزیابی وضعیت موجود برنامةدرسی مهندسی فناوری اطلاعات بود که به روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی انجام شد. به این منظور، 35 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه صنعتی شیراز که در شرف اتمام دورة تحصیلی بودند از تعداد کل 120 نفر جامعة آماری به عنوان نمونة آماری و با رویکرد هدفمند و روش نمونه‌گیری آگاهی­دهندگان کلیدی انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، مقیاس محقق­ساختة برنامه ­­درسی شایستگی­محور مبتنی بر عناصر چهارگانة برنامة درسی بود که بر اساس مبانی نظری و پژوهشی طراحی شده بود. پس از محاسبه روایی و پایایی، مقیاس بین نمونه توزیع و داده­ها با آزمون آماری تی­تک نمونه­ای و آزمون تحلیل واریانس اندازه­گیری­های مکرر، تحلیل شدند. نتایج  نشان داد که هدف، محتوا، روش­های تدریس و روش­های ارزشیابی به کار رفته در برنامه درسی رشتة مهندسی فناوری اطلاعات، در حد متوسط قادر به تحقق شایستگی­ها در دانشجویان هستند. همچنین از نظر میزان تحقق شایستگی­ها در دانشجویان، تفاوت معنی‌داری بین هدف محتوا، روش­های تدریس مشاهده نشد ولی این تفاوت در عنصر ارزشیابی، معنادار به­دست آمد.
